The Colorminium team enjoyed a collaborative session yesterday overlooking the London skyline at Searcys at The Gherkin to kick start the year with our strategy for 2020 around the theme of ‘Stronger Together’.

Our 2020 theme has been chosen to encourage greater levels of collaboration and partnership between Colorminium, our supply chain and our partners – key influencers and clients.

We invited a select few key partners to come and share their knowledge / key innovations in their area of expertise – experience “stronger together” in action. We were privileged to be joined by Saverio Pasetto (Head of Facades, Skanska), David Lawrence (Flanagan Lawrence Architects), and Vincent Smith (UK Sales Manager, Interpane).

Also joined by Keynote Speaker and Consultant Bob Hayward, for a thought provoking session around team performance. He worked with us on what a high performance team is, how we can be a great team player, the importance of trust and how we can improve the value of our conversations both internally and externally.
