Following the award of this complex project in 2013, we have successfully achieved Practical Completion over 24 months on from the initial award. A six storey steel framed building comprising retail at lower ground and ground floor level with 5 levels of office space above. A recessed courtyard at the rear of the building has a restaurant and further retail space. It is highly prestigious and remains firmly settled in what is a prime and sought after location. Throughout the process we have interfaced many bespoke solutions with various stone and brickwork detailing to create a stunning masterpiece.
